We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. can you accept one of the suggestions?
1. you keep them and we refund 10% of it.
2. we send you a 40% discount code for your next purchase.
I don't suggest returning,because If you return, you need bear expensive postage . Sincerely
I replied and told them it was unacceptable. Their next reply:

I told them it was not acceptable.
I reported them to PayPal and they contacted Morelegant. I received this response from PayPal:

You've received a partial refund offer for $15.00 USD from ?????????????. Respond as soon as possible to the seller's offer.

Paypal went on to say that the case will be closed whether or not I accept the offer. if I did not accept the $15 then the case would be closed and I could continue discussing this with Morelegant.
