I was looking for a pomeranian to adopt for my mom to surprise her as her birthday gift. On November 25th, I found Moral Godly Pomeranian on the web. I looked through the website and found a puppy 10 weeks old named White. I sent my number, name, the puppy I requested, and an email to them. They messaged me. I had to pay seven hundred dollars through Zelle. They told me the registration process will take two hours then they will immediately fly her to me the next day. However, they did not send me any paperwork showing the puppy is under my name of her registration and such. At the last minute they said the delivery services will contact me and I will have to pay for an electric air conditioner crate for $1,100 or they will refuse to fly her to me. The man named Morgan Willis, middle eastern, would send me various Zelle, cash apps, and Venmo accounts. My bank warned me it was a scam and to lose contact with the scammer. The bank kept locking my account. Then they restricted me from unlocking it. I had to call them to unlock it for me. Morgan persuaded to not lose hope in the puppy. He sent me videos of my puppy being cared for by a nanny and the flight attendants holding her so I was really desperate and willing to send them the money for two payments of $500 and $600 which took me three days. Then Morgan kept updating the tracking information, calling and messaging me to hurry up with the payment which made me frustrated and I started feeling sick. They flew White to TX instead of sending her to me. Then the next day, I had to pay $700 for the puppy insurance which made me feel agitated. I bought two gift cards in the amount of $350 each from Walgreens. White was supposed to arrive at my home on November 29th. The next day I received an email from the manager department saying the puppy did not have a permit and I have to pay $899 for it. I messaged the person the puppy from and Morgan that I did not want the puppy anymore and I don't have any more money to cover it. Morgan was willing to pay $400 but I didn't have enough money for it. So I contacted the person I bought White from, called, emailed, and messaged that I no longer wanted White. Morgan notified me today I will have to pay $5000 for puppy abandonment. How is it possible for me to abandon the puppy when she is not even with me, she is still in Texas. I have emails and messages from the scammers.
