Warranty sold broke the law after violating State Insurance Regulations by not offering a resolution within 90 days of the claim. Claim(s) still open since 2017. FCA lawyers do not answer my lawyer's letters. $3420 is the total value without receiving the benefits per contract. MOPAR cancelled warranty without my knowledge and transferred to another person. According to customer support 12 cases are open but only 3 where given to me. 1 investigation disappeared. Initial investigation carried out because of brake/abs/cps failure (Nothing found). Never in writing. What are they hidding and staying with my money after clearly braking state law. These are clear signs of corruption, embezzlement of funds and discrimination.
