Moozmi rat race

I ordered from Moozmi on May 2nd. 2 months later and I still don’t have my order. Efforts to resolve this matter have been a fail. They continue to tell me my order is on the way. Tracking information wasn’t working initially. Then it worked for a moment, but then stopped working. I eventually received new tracking information that I’m assuming was a completely new order since the 1st apparently vanished into thin air, which also didn’t work. I’ve made multiple requests for a refund since I’m well over it. They just tell me to continue to wait. Never have I been so frustrated with the way a company has handled their business. This was my first time trying to use their products. Never again. They won’t process a refund until I can return items. I cannot return items I do not have. Please take your thank you for your patience crap elsewhere and make it right.

Ordered products from the website and it was processed on May 1st. It’s now almost a week and have not seen a shipping label or nothing. Phone number doesn’t work, there is no address for them and their so called support email wasn’t much help got back to me with a generic message. I’ve ordered many times online and it was never like this! Got my products within the week or so. Please don’t order from this company.
