I saw an unknown transaction in my bank by the name of SP Mooslover. I had never heard of this company before so I looked them up and found the website mooslover.com. I contacted right away while the transaction was still pending, letting them know that I did not place the order and it was fraud. I asked for the order to be canceled so I can get refunded since I never placed an order on this site before. However, they kept dodging the issue at hand and continuously asked for an order number after I made it clear that I never placed an order. I reached out three times and all they did was keep asking for my order number. It wasn’t until the third time that they finally provided an order that matched with the charge and with my card number, but at this point the transaction had already been authorized and they said it was too late to refund me. They said I can return the product for a refund, again, ignoring the fact that I said it was a fraudulent order. I had to file a chargeback with my bank, but I don’t know if it will go through.
