I ordered a 7ft bean bag chair and put my exact address for shipping. 1. My address is in NY and my package was shipped from overseas to near NYC, then to NJ, then to OH. 2. The website states package is to be delivered to the address I provided. My order was placed on 5/12/23 and I still have not reieved it as of 5/30/23. This morning the tracking website the company email provided stated my package was out for delivery in OH, but again I live in NYS. By this afternoon the website listed my package status as "pick up". Then by the evening it lists my package as delivered. I can assure you it was not as someone it at my home during the day.

I purchased a bean bag chair. The AD came from social media. I paid with my card on 4/26. Once it got past the delivery window, I attempted to contact the vendor. There was no phone number so I emailed 5/16. I was sent an automated email saying someone would get back to me but never did.
