This was a puppy scam. There are online pictures of cute puppies all available for $500 plus $150 for shipping. After wiring $650, I got an email that they needed $900 for insurance saying it was refundable on delivery (Echo Logistics). I refused to pay that so Moore labs said they would find another shipper and they “found another agency” they wanted $420 which included everything. I sent that but didn’t get the shippers name. Two days past with no answer to multiple emails. Today, they emailed that something went wrong and $500 more was needed. Finally, I realized I’d been scammed and refused to pay.
