I've been waiting a little over 3 months now. I was so excited for it to arrive. I'm on disability and that money doesn't seem like much but it is to me. Thats what I do with myself is my own nails. And for them to take advantage is so wrong. Just remember karma!

I purchased a tool set from this company for $11.88 and have not received the product not any email replies from them. Also looking over bank statement this company took out an additional $39.99 collection fee as well as a $39.99 fee for a pet company that hasn't even opened yet! No phone numbers to call or dispute the transactions! For a single mom with very little income $100 was alot to lose for no damn reason and couldn't afford it. Now what to do?!?!

Hello everyone, you May please stay away from this site or file a report for scam. I have place an order on 09/29/2020. Order was confirmes only on website. No email has been receive what so ever. I did follow ups on the email provided by Moonyoh. [email protected] and they did not answer.

You will never receive the items, they will never contact you and they will sell your information for other companies so they can charge your account.

I have attached some files for my "order". The charge was made and I cant file a scam report because my bank said that I authorize the charge. If I dispute the charge there is a 90% probability that the dispute outcome is declined on my favor.

Ordered a bean bag sofa chair in pink and was supposed to be delivered in 20 days ordered it on the 4 and haven't received it and don't know if I will. There email is [email protected] when I send a message there is no response from them

I may be scammed also. I was charged without notice to confirm payment. I sent a complaint via email. But, no reply yet. I saw this possible moonyoh's contact: +86 138 1992 1212. I have deactivated my card for online banking. Hope no more charges will occur.

I ordered 2 items within days of each other. Now have charges of $160.00 to 2 web sites I have never used. Do not use this web site MOONYOH, no security, and bank info gets out. I didn't check which I usually do, but the 2 deals were to good to pass up. I found web site, that interjects this place is a scam. I don't know if I'll get my money back. If ordered from here, check your bank info for charges you didn't make.

The website, originally accessed via advertisement on Facebook, lists items at around 90% discounted rates compared to similar listings on other sites and in stores. There is no seller contact information provided, other than an email address that does not respond to messages. I’m worried that the order that was placed will not arrive, and they not only got the amount charged to the card, but possibly gained access to the credit card information as well.

Have you received item yet i was considering purchasing but my gut is telling me to stay away from the site, like your self I saw advertisement on Facebook searched on Google for more info on this site and can't find anything no reviews or anything yours is the only thing I can find
