2 Children's balance jumping balls were purchased for my grandchildren on Facebook from MOONYCOZY COMPANY. The ad showed good quality product with 30 day money back guarantee. The balls came looking cheap and the main pole to the jumpers was a flimsy rope.

I emailed the company several times but no response.
