I ordered a hard drive from MOONVOW on Feb 25th. The website stated it was in stock and ships from the USA. I thought this was a US company. After not receiving it I emailed the company. I was told to check my tracking. I had no tracking at that time. I finally got an email with a tracking number. The tracking did not work for Fedex, UPS, or Post Office. I emailed the company again on Feb 28th stating the tracking does not work. I then get an email that a shipping label was created in MCDONOUGH,GA 30253. I got an email back with a link to track my order. It showed the no tracking movement. On Mar 4th I emailed them again and asked for a refund and I would order one from someone that could ship one to me. I got an email back stating They are not scamming me that the order was being shipped with a new tracking info. This time the hard drive shows being shipped from Main line Hong Kong China. On Mar 6th the drive shows stuck in USA customs for the next 8 days. The tracking now has been showing out for delivery since Mar 10th. I went by the Post Office with the tracking number they gave me and they do not show it being delivered to them or any activity on that tracking number. It is now the 15th of March and I still do not have my Hard Drive.
