I am a retail pharmacy. I ordered products from My Store. I paid $293. They initially said it could be paid via credit card, however the credit card site was down so the other options were PayPal, Cash App and some bitcoin information and other options. I chose Cash App. They confirmed receipt. Once the payment was received they sent another email saying that my order was being processed to be shipped. Then they sent an email requesting that I pay an additional $300 for shipping because my items need to be shipped "securely". I informed them that I would not be paying any more money and requested a refund for items purchased. They said I could not get a refund because I "abandoned" my package. They said that the $300 would be refunded once the package was delivered. I have been in contact with customer service, however they are very arrogant and are refusing to refund me.
