I received a moonpod. While I like it, it is too large for the room it is to going into. I need to return it. The procedure required by the company to return the product is daunting, if not impossible to navigate. To begin with, there is no telephone number anywhere to be found in the website. When I reviewed the T&Cs, the return policy is explained and provides a link to begin the process. The link is https://www.moonpod.returnly.com. What you see is an unsecure site that warns you not to proceed. I proceeded and was met with no access to any information that would enable me to obtain a required RMA#. My sense is that the company does not want any returns, understood, but is going out of its way to make it difficult to return and/or ensure that you cannot return a product. In reviewing customer reviews concerning attempts to return, the comments concerning customer service are all dismal. ScamPulse.com needs to begin a file/investigation on this company to determine what their intentions are. While their website suggests a legitimate company and product, their customer service is in the toilet.
