Business is located at 184 Main Rd. E, St Albans Victoria 2021, Australia, which is a residential address and tied to many other fraudulent online store fronts. After trying to find out where my order was, I not only received no reply, the email eventually shut down.

Placed an order online and was curious after 10 days and no update so I sent an email. No reply, sent several emails and no reply. Their social media links goes to Shopify site and not to a company site. The reviews on the website can’t be clicked on to read. Several red flags I unfortunately didn’t notice when I placed the order.

There was an add for barefoot pediatric shoes on my social media (Instagram). I looked at reviews and decided to purchase 2 pairs for my child. Purchased 10/14/23 and I have reached out to the company via email twice to check status-no one responds. I decided to do more digging since I started to think I got scammed.

I went to the website and it has loads of various items like watches and jewelry, and it is not a shoe store as it originally marketed itself to me. The "track your order" feature doesn't work at all and the 5 star reviews part of the site is literally an image with no actual reviews. I checked my credit card statement and it listed a different company name as the merchant for the purchase. I googled that name and address and it is a coffee shop that is permanently closed. I did more digging and the Moonial site has been linked with Temu.

Additionally, my husband found more information via a scam detector website he trusts and it rated the website as "Untrustworthy. Risky. Danger. This website is poorly designed and doesn't contain elements in the metadata that could help its online presence. As a result, it loses credibility and shows that its quality is questionable momentarily."

We are working with our credit card company to contest the charge and we have requested new credit cards already.
