Huge scam. Same company as Greenway Movers and they use multiple company names. Used these movers for a small move from Toronto to Montreal pre-Covid. Quoted $600 and they held my stuff hostage using another company name until I paid over $2000 in cash. They breached their own contract and said they do not accept credit card (conveniently only after they had my belongings, and after they accepted my deposit by credit card). They would not accept any form of payment that left a trace or could be disputed. They called me the night before my delivery and told me my move would be 3 times the price and they would not deliver if I didn't pay before even receiving proof of weight overage, or seeing my belongings. After agreeing to pay by credit card in order to get my belongings, all of a sudden they said they can't accept credit card payment. Because I didn't transfer triple the amount by e-transfer at 9pm the night before my 7am scheduled delivery, they cancelled my delivery charged me a $500 re-routing fee. They said they'd remove the rerouting fee if I signed a form waiving them of responsibility for any damaged or missing items, BEFORE delivery!! Form was full of spelling mistakes and misinformation contradicting their contract. Their sales "team" is the same person as their "claims team" who goes by 2 different names. They use different company names and all the good reviews are from the same IP address.
