I used the Shop app’s store feature, usually trustworthy, to purchase Mool period underwear. I purchased a 3 pack in a style that said “preorder”. It has been almost 6 months now and I have been patient but tonight I finally contacted the company via email that the Shop app had listed on my receipt, [email protected]. I also found that they suddenly don’t have a store through the Shop app, or a regular website. They have taken my money and disappeared. They have my name, address, email, and debit card information.

On Sept 7th, I paid $9 shipping with TESTPANTY code from MOOL's website for a free pair of period underwear. I received a confirmation email, no response about shipping or any updates. I sent a follow up email one month later, no reply. Now the website is not functioning and there is no way to refund my purchase.
