I ordered Mind Tech and received it on 4/16/2020. I was charged $89.94 on 4/30/2020. The terms states I was to be given 14 days plus 4 days for shipping. On 4/29/2020 I called and spoke with Revin, Badge #510 and was informed he could do nothing. I requested to speak to his supervisor. After two (2) holds, Revin came back and said he could refund $70.00 and that was the best he could do. The "terms" section in not stated on the website per se. It takes an additional link to pull up a sub-menu to find this information. Even though I was requesting a refund well within the time frame, they STILL refused to refund my money. Very sketchy company.
