I was charged for having my car unlocked, a spare key made, and for having a key programmed which I was told to pick up after a few days. It has now been over a month and I have no programmed key. I was basically charged 260$ to have my car unlocked and a very basic spare key made which can only be used on the locks and does not actually start the car.
I requested a refund for the services not provided, even saying I would commit to the payment for what they did provide. They refuse to refund me. They've had me chasing after them for a month now and make it impossible to meet up with them. I have been told "We gave you a key and unlocked your vehicle prices aren't refundable, good luck" and "You paid for what you got". Except I didn't and they are no longer responding to my messages.
