On Black Friday, my son found a website selling a particular NIKE shoe that he really wanted. It was a great price and we placed the order. It said the shoes would arrive in 10-20 days. At first, there was an e-mail address on the website that we e-mailed when we had a question about the order. Noone responded and it seemed odd as it was a personal email address. Then the email address later disappeared. After 30 days when we still did not receive the shoes, we tried the 'contact us' section on the website, but never got an answer. Our credit card was charged, but no product has appeared yet. And even though it is now after Christmas, the website is still showing the same images for a Black Friday sale.
