Prior ordering I checked to see if they accepted returns, and the website does state they accept returns. Upon receiving two sweaters, they didn't fit and the quality was horrible. I asked to return and I was told that they could only give me 20% of the amount I paid because they would have to ship to Sweden. I asked them how much would it cost to ship to Sweden, they didn't know. I have 30 days to return and I have several emails going back and forth but they refuse to refund me, and will not let me return the sweaters.
