Someone impersonating the Monster Beverage company offered me temporary employment. They said I'd have to wrap my car for weekly pay and just drive as usual. They send a cashier check with a letter. Thankfully I checked with the bank first and the check is fake!! As I suspected it's a scam, BEWARE!!!

We received an email to a work account at a university stating the following:

Name of Company:

Monster Beverage Corporation

JOB TITLE:

Drive While Advertising

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monster Beverage Corporation Seeks interested candidates to go about their normal routine with the advert of the "Monster Energy Drink" on their Car,Truck,Bus,Motorcycle or Bicycle..

Qualifications:

Must have a Car,Truck,Van or Motorcycle..

SALARY:

$250 weekly including $50 for gas

Upon further investigating we found that this is a common scam and Monster Energy does not contact or pay individuals to advertise on their personal vehicles.
