Ordered an Item on line from Monmist Company on July 13 2026. I still haven't received my order. The time frame states 3 to 20 business days for delivery. It has now been 31 days. I've contacted Monmist customer service several times. They did refund me my $6.00 for the shipping, but will not refund my the total cost $20.27. I attempted to contact them by phone or mailing address, but they do not have a physical address, they sell through the Shopify app. All correspondence have been done through email.
