I contacted company on 2 different capuchin monkeys, asking if they are available. I was then sent a message through website messenger and an email saying yes one of them is available. They asked me questions about have I owned a monkey, how would keep safe, who lives in home and primary provider. I answered all her questions plus asked how much for shipping and total cost for monkey. They emailed me back Saying $1000 for everything. I did research on the company not seeing anything negative, I asked for documentation from them that they are not scammers. I was sent an exotic pet certificate. Which they sent in April Brooks name. I then agreed to pay the 1000 dollars asking when would monkey be delivered. They said once got my information they contact the nearest airport and find nearest airport to me usually one monkey arrives it will be there in 10 hours. I proceeded to send money through zelle. With a screen shot of the transaction. They then sent me a change of ownership paper to sign and return. Within the hour I had an email from [email protected] with a tracking number and link saying the times the plant takes off and then delivered to my door. Few minutes later received email from shipping company saying monkey was to young that it needed a electronic pressurized crate. I need to pay $1500 now and once delivered I would receive cash back in amount of $1500 from delivery driver once hand over monkey and they take crate back. Then proceeded to send me email to make payment through zelle with a personal Gmail account. I said I was not paying. Contacted the seller they said all is good you will get your money back. Told them no that is not my problem their website says nothing about extra expenses. The amount I was told $750 for monkey and $250 for shipping. Nothing about may need something else. They called me and called me asking for the money for the precursor of the monkey, told them that is their issue not mine, if getting money back then they need to pay and ship my monkey. I hung up on them numerous times. The shipping company taking page said my monkey eat in transit would arrive at my door 7am. Today I still do not have monkey they have called me and messaged me numerous times including having shipping company call me from a cell phone pretending to be the company. I told them I was contacting authorities do not contact me again unless my monkey is on the way or here. The fake shipping company continued to call me all day. I have contacted my bank to investigate and get my money back. 36 hours later I still do not have monkey and out $1000. I have all emails, texts messages, call list, messages through website, shipping, information, certificate for anybody that needs it
