I attempted to preorder a CD from this site, as it looked to be the official channel to do so through. They had no problem taking my money. It's been nearly a month past the release date, and the item hasn't so much as shipped. I have reached out to the company repeatedly to ask for an update, anything at all on this, and got a form letter runaround. Today I found out the item can be easily bought on Amazon, so I did. Went back to this store to demand my money back. They claim that because it was a preorder, there's nothing they can do unless the item's out of stock. Given it NEVER EVEN SHIPPED, there's zero reason on this earth why they can't give my money back and this is a huge scam.
