Monica, goes by the username Maylay, is a scammer on Letgo who has been consistently requesting money without sending the actual product. On Letgo she said she would ship something to me for about $400, and once the money was sent she blocked me and has since not responded. I had a friend message her on Letgo for the same product listing and she claimed it was still available and asked for payment again. I’ve been working with the bank to reverse charges, but since the money was sent through Apple Pay, the only way I've been told to get reimbursed would be through her directly sending it back. She has since changed her account name several times and this significant fraud will persist if not reported. This is unacceptable and I am willing to take this as far as court to see reimbursement.
