Scammer said he could add money to my debit card over the phone. Asked for money pak card number. No money was added to my card.

I Purchased a green dot money pack refill card to load onto my prepaid debit card to pay my bills when I went on the money pack website it gave me a era and asked me to upload my ID I looked for the customer service number on the site and I didn’t see one so I googled money pack customer service number and the number is listed above came up I called the number and it was a customer service representative who claim to be with money pack they then asked me to for my card number and said they will load it so my card. They told me that it would post to my account within 45 minutes and it never did I called back and they had my number blocked that’s how I knew I was scammed I went back to the green dot money pack website to search for a way to file a scam report and finally a page came up I emailed them with my proof of purchase and everything they told me they will contact me by phone within five business days they never called me they emailed me saying they weren’t responsible for any funds lost
