Called me in response to an ad about a rental house in Browns Mills, NJ. Didnt seem right from go because he called from a funny out of area number & when I called it back it rang strangely, once connected it was a bad connection & it was hard to heard & understand him. He seemed in a rush to rent the property & the monthly rent of only $800 plus $600 deposit seemed awfully low even though it wad enticing. He asked if I wanted to complete an application & when I would like to move in by & asked me to text him my email address & he would send the application. I did receive it but everything seemed off so I decided to investigate & Im glad I did because he's apparently ripped someone else off before. I hope this helps prevent it from happening again.
