I clicked a message in Facebook stating that I could purchase electronics at a discounted rate. I clicked the link and chose to purchase aHP 15.6" HD Laptop 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD Storage, Core Processor Up To 4.1GHz, for 39.95. I clicked the link and made the purchase using my cash app card. The total came to $45.89 and a link with when the item was to be shipped. I did not receive the item by the expected date and contacted the merchant. I was told that the item had been delivered and what date it was delivered on as well. I repeatedly told the merchant that I had not received the item and would like a full refund. SInce contacting the merchant I have received messages to ask my neighbors if they have the package and call the post office. I went as far as to contact the U.S. Postal Service. I was told that there was no tracking data of such a package being accepted. Since I have asked for a full refund I am now receiving messages of - The logistics company says the package has been delivered to your address. We shipped the wrong item. There should be a 3D polarized sunglasses in your package, please find this package. We have lost a lot of money and we need you to find this package and we will send you the correct package. Once again I told them I did not receive the package at all. Now I am being told - Dear customers, thank you for your reply. Sorry you didn't receive the package, it did arrive to your address, we would like to give you a 10% refund, we also lost the previously shipped product and shipping charges, what do you think? If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Best regards, customer service center. If I accepted the refund that would only be 4.59 instead of the 45.89 I paid. I have alerted Cash App that I would like a full refund with me having to wait 10 business days. I have made numerous attempts to have this resolved. Please do not let this happen to another unsuspecting person.
