I ordered my Cosmos Star Projector online September 28, 2019 (Charged to my account September 30, 2019). I was told, in the confirmation email, that I will receive email and text notifications when it is sent as well as updating me on its status. However, it has been 54 DAYS since and I have not received any updates. The confirmation email didn’t even tell me the estimated time of arrival, but it did Say: “If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected]” also their FAQ page provided This email: [email protected] to complain also. I have done so and have not received any response whatsoever. They have provided no phone number nor address of the company, only those 2 emails. I even found their social media’s to complain but still no response. The website also offered a way to receive package updates through the app Arrive ( https://apps.apple.com/us/app/arrive-package-tracker/id1223471316 ). I have contacted the Arrive customer support to try to get a hold of Monarch through them, they responded swiftly ( from the email [email protected] ) saying they merely show us the delivery system, but do not have any contact information for the company they’re providing services for. The reason I waited so long was because the website & confirmation email said Monarch Lifestyl Hand makes their Light Projectors and it may take up to 2 months to make. I found that interesting so I waited. & The Arrive app said they didn’t ship the order until October 28, 2019 6:01am, but no tracking info provided. So with the lack of communication I was convinced they have no intention in hand making or sending anything.

I ordered a Purple Cosmos Star Projector 3.0 for $24.50 (Order #1992).I have been patient and I have followed the steps provided. I was patient and now on November 21, 2019 when I try to visit the Monarch Lifestyl website they are apparently no longer in service. I’m sent to a Shopify website saying “Connect to an existing Domain” and I try to it says it doesn’t exist anymore.

On November 20, 2019 I called my bank to report the Incident and they have granted me a refund. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had with ordering online.
