Duplicating credit card charges, failure to reconcile refunds, and literally run-around customer service. Extremely poor management operational practice for billing, customer resolution, and borderline abusive charging practices. If I could prove INTENT, I would take time off work to make sure the evidence came to light. Vendor business requires long term inspection, audit, and recurring investigation to ensure fair business practice in the county and state of California.
