Purchased item online. Item never delivered and shows no updated status in the US. Seller is asking for purchaser to pay additional shipping money in order to get package and then they will pay them back. Seller provided additional tracking number which shows to be fraudulent with USPS. Seller refuses to refund money for product never received.
