On March 18, I ordered some face masks based on positive online reviews. They emailed to say they would send shipping updates. I have not received my order or have heard from them a month later. I tried emailing twice with no reply.

They are selling masks - I placed an order on 10/30/20 and still do not have my order. I have reached out by email (the only option) multiple times and still cannot seem to get them to either ship what I ordered or return my money.
