I contacted **** from a post she had on the swap and buys, called Moma Bears Creations, where i messaged her directly by ******** and requested to have vynil put on ******* She advertised being quality vynil products. So i figured give it a shot. She requested 30$ down and the rest at pick up. I ordered this on July 17, finally after many attempts of trying to pick up the products from her finally on August 2 she left the products in a bag on her door handle. ( she wasn't leaving it on her handle till i sent the second portion of moneys) When i opened the bag, the vynil was peeling off already and the other had vynil falling apart all over like lint. Was already started to fade. When i contacted she said she would either give me a full refund or remake the items as she said she understood what she did wrong. I figured make it again then.. this was August 2, on September 17 I messaged **** to ask if it was completed she said she just had to iron the vynil. On September 19 i messaged her again asking for the items, no reply, on September 20 after seeing her promote her ********  page I messaged her again saying i saw her post and i don't appreciate being ignored and if she can't get the products done i wanted my moneys back.. been long enough of a wait no? Since I gave a review to her ******** page she has contacted both my employers and put in a complaint about me that isn't revolent to this at all.
