I purchased a Kate spade leather handbag from this website and never received anything

I bought an item from them. I realized an extra item had been added to my order. I then tried to contact them. No contact method is an actual form of contact. I had to block my entire account from them to prevent money from going to them. I did not receive any item or any response to multiple attempts to reach out to the business. They also have several other names on Facebook for the exact same site. They are also connected to “***********”
