Ordered Carhartt tshirts for my husband. The company informed me that I received them on July 30, 2026. No product has arrived at my house yet. Every day I contact them that I want my money back. Still no money.

I placed an order on July 9 2026 for t shirts. I saw that my package was ofd on July 27th. I emailed company on July 28th asking when my package would arrive. Per response “your package will arrive in a few days. Then yesterday it showed delivered. I have not received. I contacted company again and was told to check with neighbors or my post office.
