A law firm stating that my husband had a fraud case and they were subpoenaing him to appear in court because he committed fraud for a Providian National Bank for the amount of $3,121 and they were wanting to settle outside of court but the original company was a Chase Bank that he had opened up supposedly a credit card with them back in 2000 and the address that my husband had used is the address of my grandfather which we hadn't even met during the time that he had supposedly opened up this credit bank card. So that's when I knew that these people that I was speaking with were a fraud/scam.
