I purchased an item from this website 3 months ago, within those 3 months I’ve had to send over 20 emails asking where my stuff was. At first I would get an email from someone named Lucy Jones saying they’re getting it ready to send and they will send me a tracking number when it ships. I’ve emailed several more times after that asking for my number, when is my item suppose to arrive and even asked for my money back I’d they weren’t going to send my stuff, it’s veen over 2 months and not a single response or email from anyone. I’ve spoken to other customers on *** that say they’re going through the same thing and believe this website that *** is advertising is fake and a scam to take peoples money, I’m very angry about this and I want them taken down because they are a very shady company
