They had a professional-looking website. I was searching for an A/C window unit and theirs was the first website listed on Google. I ordered a window unit from them on sale. First flag was a couple of typos in their receipt email. But I kept my eye on the tracking number via USPS. It took two weeks to get here. When USPS said it was delivered, I was confused as there was no window unit on my porch. I checked my mailbox to find a small package that’s soft and definitely NOT a window unit. The major flag was the sender’s address which is not the same as the address listed on their website.

I’ve emailed them for a refund or product replacement, but my gut tells me this was a scam and I’m not going to see that money ever again.

So, I wanted to report this for the sake of anyone else who might happen on their site.

I let Moicloth drag out their scam so long that PayPal, one of the main reasons I went ahead and used them, WILL NOT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR GUARANTEE.. After 180 days.
Best read the fine print on that too!

Update for BeOhBe's Dec. 03 reply:
Moicloth said I would get a refund, after I threatened them with the Police Cyber Crimes, and FBI Internet Fraud divisions, then tried to con me that it would take a month "to show up on bank statement." Like I'm going to give them Another month after its already been since last June? I told them that was BS, that I'd know with one phone call because it will show on my balance, so just send it. And that was the last I heard from them.
I'm now in the process of filling criminal charges against them. Once that is looking like it will fly I'm going to sue Moicloth for the $69.95 I paid for an AC that never showed up in three "tries" I believe were fake, plus lawyer fees, court costs, loss of personal time and stress, document fees, copy fees, and any other $ that comes up.

Ditto above for me. Package was earbuds. Sent to them a week b4 threatening, which got "Sorry, someone else ordered wrong." Plus refund only %50. I reordered instead. A month later, total now 2 months, the reply, after a week, was, "Package lost in transit." We negotiated a better refund, but I saw no reason to lose any $ at all, so I reordered a third time. A month later, now almost 4 total, the exact same scenario repeated, "Package lost in transit," just as it was arriving according to tracking. This time I demanded a full refund or face criminal charges... Waiting to see what they do. 12/2/21
