I called to cancel. Then he asked me to go to my computer and open it, so that he could control my computer, which I let him do. He asked me a few questions: What is your purpose for using this computer, Am I the only one who uses it, and is it for my own use or a business. But then when he asked me to type in my information, I told him I don’t feel comfortable doing that, so I turned my computer off and unplugged it. He then hung up on me.

I did reply in the email that this is a scam and I’m reporting them to the BBB.

I did take two photos. I tried to record what he was doing but for some reason it didn’t work. I’d like to send in the two photos.
