They advertise all over the place about anime merchandise. No where does this merchandise claim to be official. I ordered some shoes because they weren't to expensive and they looked cool, plus I couldn't really find them anywhere else like this. There is no business phone number, no physical address stated, they have no form of social media, or any way to review their business or their products. It looks like someone made a Facebook page of them just to review it poorly but it got removed. I never received the items I payed for and when I contacted their "support email" I never received any form of response. When looking through their policy they claim to always have free shipping BUT they don't take responsibility for packages lost in transit. FedEx's policy is that any claims made for lost packages have to be made through the shipper if they are paid by the shipper and not the recipient so this policy doesn't make sense or line up with FedEx's common practice with businesses. After looking through things to file a claim with FedEx anyway to try and get my money back at least I realized they never charged my sales tax even though I live in Arizona and they are an online business which I thought was strange. I can't for sure say they are a scam but the business is extremely shady and from I can find online they seem to be claiming to sell merchandise they aren't allowed to sell to people and I haven't found one account of anyone receiving this merchandise or the company existing anywhere else on the internet except for ads they run and their own website which hold no real information even thought at a glance it looks very good.
