I ordered 1 item from this site months ago. The item never arrived. I followed up. They said they’d ship the item within 10 business days. I still did not receive the item. I asked for my refund only to get a reply from the support team that a response will be sent shortly and to wait patiently. I’ve been waiting patiently for months and still no item! I got scammed. I should’ve read the reviews first because other people have gotten scammed to for the same thing.
