I purchased two chairs advertised online. After my card cleared for the purchase I cancelled my order after two subsequent emails, the first saying there would be a delay of a week and the second said five weeks. After cancellation I contacted the company numerous times about reimbursement and have only received more excuses in delays. It’s been over a month that I've received the run around but no reimbursement.
