I hired "Modern Nomads Moving" via Thumbtack. I received a booking confirmation but they never showed up! I emailed them about the day of moving, and it took 5 days for me to receive a reply from them. But I still trusted them as they have 5 stars. On the day of my moving day, they NEVER showed up. I emailed them, and I sent a chat via Thumbtack, but they never replied. I called the number mentioned in a booking confirmation, and an automatic voice said "The person you've dialed is not able to receive a call at this time". I was just trying to post a review about them but they deleted their account and ran away.
