I purchased a bag with paypal 11/18/19 from an online facebook ad. Dec 5th, I emailed the company asking where my bag was since I was supposed to receive it within 14 days. I received an automated response that they have received alot of requests for the bag and they are trying to have everything sent by Christmas. 12/20/19, I e-mailed them and received the same automated response. There is not an address or phone number on their site. I looked at their facebook page and they have many other complaints similar to mine. I'm afraid we've all been scammed. Today is December 20th and I have still not received communication from a person or any shipping information.
