A profile named Randy James on Facebook Marketplace is advertising propane fire tables and has a link to a company website from which to order, said shipping takes 5 to 7 days. I ordered one on September 11 2021 and got a confirmation email. I was charged $210 Canadian on my credit card. Around September 22 I began emailing the company, messaging Randy James, and even tried contacting the website design company on the bottom of the confirmation email asking for a tracking number or some sort of correspondence, and tried contacting them all several times. As of today, October 2, I have received no reply whatsoever from the company or "Randy James", and have definitely not received the product either. There was no indication whatsoever that they were going to take my money and cut off contact and simply not deliver.
