Company doesn't care, don't have power cord was told they would send one over 2 weeks still no cord was told I could return the product by have to do by 8/15 which is in 2 days, almost impossible and we have to pay shipping back

I bought an artic chill box and was told to send it back via post office. I did that and gave them the tracking number on July 12. I have had 5 conversations from different people about getting my money back. It was put in my debit card which was compromised so I had to cancel it.

did not send the items ordered and when wanting to return them they are charging 10% restocking fees,& I must pay return shipping,then must call them back with tracking #s from postal service! you wait 10+ minutes to talk to someone who cant even talk english for [censored]! do yourself a favor and do not order from this company!

I had ordered two portable air conditioners off of this website and then when I received the items they were completely different. The ones they sent were $40 but they charged me $160. Then would not give me a supervisor's name and would not transfer me to the correct department.
