Could not get the app to download and called to get it returned - they refused cost me the ver &100 for two light bulbs!
Very shady woman finally answered me home after 3 calls told me 30 return policy after It took that long to get
So when they say “satisfaction guaranteed” Don’t Believe Them!

This company is a big scam! They misrepresent the products they are selling. I bought the "robotic cleaner" from them on line. The product was of terrible poor quality, totally different from what they said in the ads. Will make report to FBI and BBB.

Long story short…

Our family needed a security camera because our son is Autistic & has escaped our house in the middle of the night & although we have locks galore, we thought it best to have a camera ready to go outdoors & help us in case he figures the locks out. Also my daughters car was vandalized.
My husband veered away from any other security cameras on the market because of the installation factor & when I saw the “easy” installation factor of SafeCam360
I ordered items from this website after clickbait believing it was legitimate.
“Plugs right into your light fixture!”
After a few weeks we received the dissatisfactory products (SafeCam360) that didn’t work exactly as the original advertised was intended to. It work’s differently than expected because you actually have to turn off your WI-FI connection on your devices & your Bluetooth has to connect now to the bulb itself along with your Router? All this after installing an APP they created which controls everything? And they get access to our IP address?!

I contacted the company immediately & started the process of returning them via priority mail. It was end of the year holiday time and decided to give it time to be received on their end. I emailed them about a month after shipping them in order to start my inquiry about my return and they can’t seem to find them or refund me the product costs. They are now asking me for a tracking number in order to verify that they have them. No mention ever made before of needing that, only an RMA# (which they provided) included in my shipment (which I did).
And suddenly I can’t reach them by phone anymore…. 😳
I look at my “account” which I only see the $1 priority shipping fee I added onto my original purchases last November…
I followed their return policy to a tee and called them & now can’t seem to reach anyone who who can help me get my refund. I filed a complaint via BBB warning others and maybe someone will benefit from a loss like mine & AVOID anything from MODERN LIFE TREND

Please don’t use a bank debit card either! Banks won’t help at all.
It’s like giving the merchant cash.
Lesson learned.

I ordered three three lightbulb cameras. They don't work. I sent them back for a full refund. They never refunded my money,. so I am out a lot of cash. Please don't buy from them. They need to be arrested. Cost me a lot of time and money! Rip-off
artists! No body will help.

I have sent multiply e mails.They tell me the shipping label has been printed and they are awiating to recieve the product to send to me
I am calling my credit card to get my money back today. Jan 22 2023.

About 6 weeks ago I ordered a 2 drone package from this operation. They kept sending me bogus tracking numbers that read, label created but not yet in system. And they refused to refund my money. I filed a complaint with my bank and my bank went after them the $138 was refunded. Yesterday the same operation tried to steal $39.99 from my bank account and my bank declined the fraudulent charge. I’ve filed with the BBB and I’m also in contact with the Los Angeles FBI field office.

Purchased two spinners 11/18/22 for cost of $73.98. Was told I would receive email when shipped. By 12/01/22 had heard nothing about these gifts-to-be for grandchildren. Sent emails. No response. Checked my PayPal account to find one charge set up for recurring debits not approved by me. Canceled recurring part and renewed emails. Next step is to solicit PayPal assistance with little hope of restitution judging from other reviews. Fell for scam through a pin on Pinterest.

This is update on my complaint of 12/17. Although they took over a month to mail and they never sent a shipping notice nor answered any of my emails, they did come through and supply the spinners right before Christmas. The anxiety aged me but grandchildren are pleased and are learning to operate them. Late shipment did not allow me time to experiment to make sure the spinners operate correctly.

We bought 2 items and then were additionally charged for a "steal trial week" that we did not want. We have called from the moment we saw the charge to ask for a refund and have only received a recording that says they are too busy to answer and to call back later. We have emailed numerous times and received only one reply that said call. We called and received the same response (too busy to answer-call back later). Reading reviews from others, I would strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this company.

I ASKED FOR A RMA AND THE SENT ME 1 RMA FOR BOTH ORDERS, ONE ORDER WAS 29.00 THE OTHER WAS 111.98, I SHIPPED THESE IN THE SAME BOX, I AM STILL WAITING ON THE REFUND FOR INVOICE 160650 FOR 111.98. LIKE I SAY THESE WAS SHIPPED IN THE SAME BOX. IF I DON'T GET A REFUND, I WILL BE FILING CRIMINAL FRAUDULENT CHARGES WITH PAYPAL. YOU ALL DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE. I ordered 4 AutoVacs that were supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. A month later, I've never received them. I got someone when I called who sent me a tracking number, but the item has never been mailed. I'm sure it won't be.

3 lightbulb cameras. They don’t work. It took over a month to get here. One person says you’ll get it in 3 to 5 days, the other person says 2 weeks and another says my order was shipped, then the email me 15 days later saying they have problems with my address. All of a sudden 4 weeks later it’s here I think this is where it came from, I don’t know who sent me these cameras. They charged me an extra dollar for expedited shipping. Then you have to download a Chinese app and put down your Router address and Router password on the app to operate the camera. What? I don’t think fricken so. It is a scam to get into peoples routers and who knows all the devices that are hooked up to it too.

We ordered two cameras for our porch light. $101.00! The money came out of our account that day plus another dollar the next day. We never received a confirmation. We never received the products! I have emailed them repeatedly with no response. I have called them multiple times. I receive recordings telling me their hours of operation but they are "not available to answer your call right now". I left messages but have received no response. Today Verizon told me that the number was not available. These people are crooks. I want my money back. I also see that BBB will not give them a rating. Other reports say they are scammers, etc. I hope someone reads this before they order anything from them.

I ordered two one for $59.99 and the second one for 1/2 at $29.99. Neither works and I have not been able to get info to return the items which were delivered a month later after they were ordered. Do NOT buy anything from this company, all FRAUD!

I ordered 2 portable A/C Units from what showed up on my credit card as E MODERN TECH. I paid $179.78 for 2 of them at what they say is a large discount. They are useless. These units would not cool a 2 square foot sized room let alone a 10 square room. I called and asked for a refund and they sent thru email a RMA # and the person on the phone had me return the product to: Modern Life Trend- P.O. Box 4219 Garden Grove, CA in which I did (turns out this address maybe bogus). I emailed a copy of the USPS receipt with the tracking number to their email address, but never received a refund after over 1 month. They say I didn't get my refund because I was supposed to call them by phone to give them the tracking #; which is a lie. Turns out, on the Chillbreeze website they show a return address of: Chill Breeze Return- 5525 S. Soto St, Vernon CA. This outfit is a total"bait and switch" operation. The names that they go by seem to change constantly and their equipment doesn't work as advertised.

Ordered a humidifier (as seen on their pop-up ad) for $89 and received a different product totally, which was so cheaply made, it seemed to be a product that would be sold at a dollar store or similar discount store. I finally reached the company and had a return authorized, however after I sent the item back, I did not received a refund and then could not reach the seller by phone or email. PayPal did not help at all -- closed my case after I received the authorization to return and would not reopen it. My bank is now trying to work with the seller. Beware of this company!

ok I figure I wasted enough time on this poorly functioning, overpriced, received a different product, email contact given on Paypal didn't work, Paypal didn't do anything to support the customer, POS! so the only reason I am posting is to say, don't buy the portable air conditioner from them.
