Awful experience. The item arrived damaged. I was asked to send it back which I have done. That was at the beginning of Nov 20. I am still awaiting a refund and Keifer at email address [email protected] is now not replying to my emails. The last email reply was on 15/12/20. I am now out of pocket by £50. Really not happy.

Good day, I purchased a modern home bean bag sack July 22, 2020. I received a tiny bean bag sack from a Canadian "Distributor" **** * * ** ****** *** Markham ON L3R 4C2. I contacted the company at [email protected], explaining that I got a sack which did not meet the advertised size. When it was flat, it was about 2'6"wide (estimated circumference 60"). I did not attempt to fill it, but by use of math formula C=2pr, I was able to estimate the radius to be 9.5 or about 19" in diameter. Please refer to the attachments to compare the image from the website (tan color) and what I received (blue color).

I have received a replies for [email protected]. The initial email reply appeared to be a form letter regarding the shipment being cover only (not stuffed) due to shipping issues - was not my complaint obviously. Recent emails have form letter options to belay my dissatisfaction by 1) keep it and get 25% return for sack and 2) ship it back at my own cost (to China) and get 100% refund.
