I had ordered camera equipment from this place at the beginning of the year and it is now August and received nothing. At first I emailed them requesting an update and they did reply back using COVID-19 as an excuse for late shipments. I was understanding about the situation so I waited longer but when I emailed again for another update I was ignored. 3 months, 3 emails and social media messages later, I am still ignored and noticed many others have been having the same problem according to the comments on their Instagram site @modernfilmware. Do not buy from here, they will take your money and ghost you.
