On or about March 23rd I contracted with Modern Designs Co (owned by SL AKA SP/SH) and CH of Rochester NY to install a vinyl fence and remove the existing fence at my home. Work was scheduled to begin there after. During the time of the project I also contracted S to paint a porch and trim. This project was completed and paid for. The initial project was not, despite paying for the job in full after the merchants request for funds to procure materials, etc. I was given months of delays and excuses and the project remained unfinished. The last day of “work” on this project was April 20th and the only progress since was on June 22, after two months of excuses, 4 hours of work was done, then flat out refusal to complete the job, despite payment in full.

I have asked for refunds repeatedly of which I have received none. To date the project remains unfinished and my yard destroyed...with no date of completion promised or even the delivery of materials that have been paid in full for.

This company has done this same thing to several other homeowners in the area, and have criminal records (only recently found out)
