I ordered one of those NES classic gamer systems from this company through facebook. The system that has all of the old school games already programmed into the system. I placed my order about three weeks ago. The system was never shipped to me. I emailed the company after a week and a half, asking why it hadn't been shipped,and if they even intended to still ship it to me. After three days I finally got a reply, and a customer service representative apologized and said that they would ship it out in the next 24-48 hours. They did not actually do this. What they did was print out a shipping label 24 hours later. According to the tracking information, however, that's all they did. The package and the label are still sitting in the warehouse. Another week has gone by, and I have emailed them again, asking where my merchandise is. I have waited over three days, and still have not heard from them. They are still advertising the systems all over facebook, but apparently don't actually have any products to ship out.

I was trying to purchase a gift for my buddy because gaming is what we do. However I contacted customer support reguarding my purchase and I was in formed it will be shipped in 24 to 48 hours and I would recieve info confirming the shipment. It is now 10 days past my purchase date of 3-18-18. All I wanted was a little information about my purchase order such as a confirmation number or a tracking number and they have failed to provide both. I will include a picture showing my confirmation on payment.

Ordered game console on line. Paid with credit card. Product never arrived and disputed transaction. Card was charged by hisire hicksiren.com. I have no idea who that is or how they got mixed up I. This or if it is a part of

The whole scam.

On Jan 6 2018 I ordered a game console from modern burst which I found their ad on facebook. 3 days later I got a message that they were out of stock. I emailed them asking for a refund and was emailed that it would be shipped in 24 to 48 hours it is now the 22nd and nothing they won't answer emails even now.
